Leadership Training (LT)

Youth completing Grades 10-12

As a leadership Training participant (LT), you’ll learn effective leadership skills to practice at your school, church, community, home, or even as a future counselor! During this powerful four-week experience, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at camping ministry while growing in faith, boosting self-confidence, and living in a Christian community. Serve as a role model for younger campers, and mature your faith and understanding with an excellent and supportive group of peers.

Small stipend provided. Choose one four-week session:

LT Program Dates for 2026 (choose one session):
Session 1: June 7-26 & July 5-10
Session 2: July 12-Aug. 7

Please note: LT campers are not allowed stay at camp over the weekends. Camp summer staff are off-duty from Friday mid-afternoon to Sunday afternoon, and LT campers will need to have transportation and lodging off site during that time.
