Leadership Training (LT)

Youth completing Grades 10-12

As a leadership Training participant (LT), you’ll learn effective leadership skills to practice at your school, church, community, home, or even as a future counselor! During this powerful four-week experience, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at camping ministry while growing in faith, boosting self-confidence, and living in a Christian community. Serve as a role model for younger campers, and mature your faith and understanding with an excellent and supportive group of peers.

Small stipend provided. Choose one four-week session:

LT Program Dates for 2024 (choose one session):
Session 1: June 9-28 & July 7-12
Session 2: July 14-Aug. 9 (NOTE: Students going to the ELCA Youth Gathering can still attend LT Session 2 after returning from New Orleans)
